Chris has over 15 years of managerial and executive-level experience serving as CFO and related positions with small and mid-sized companies in both private and public sectors. With a strong technical background, Chris served as the technical accounting point person for a Denver-based consulting firm before starting his own business. In addition, Chris has designed and implemented effective internal controls for multiple companies in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley Act, has managed successful hedging programs, as well as financial reporting processes for multiple private, public and private equity backed companies under US GAAP, IFRS and Tax Basis.

Martha brings a number of years’ Professional Spa experience, in both product usage and client advisory capacities, to First Harbor. She entered the field as a client care specialist, differentiating among diverse products and treatments and advising clients on the relationships between their individual needs and the features and benefits of those products and treatments. Specifically, she equated client profiles with the characteristics of HydraFacial, Microdermabrasion, Oxygen Facial Treatments and LED Light Therapy. She subsequently provided expertise and guidance into the uses and benefits of HA5 (a hyaluronic acid replenisher), TNS Essential Serum (a Tissue Nutrient Solution), Retinol Complex (a wrinkle-removing treatment containing Ethylhexanoate), Cool lifting (which combines hyaluronic acid replenisher with cold Carbon Dioxide), VelaShape (a non-invasive contouring body treatment) and Laser Hair Removal. Martha is the beneficiary of a rigorous New England Liberal Arts education, having earned degrees from Shore Country Day School and the Waring School in Beverly, MA, and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Mr. Gruits distinguished credentials extend beyond his 30 years of corporate finance accomplishments with reputable firms such as GE Capital, Chase, Heller Financial and Fuji Bank. With a balance of industry and investment banking expertise, Mr. Gruits has earned the reputation of management in building shareholder value and executing growth strategies for both private and public companies. While his trademark began with capital leasing and tax equipment structures, his finance expertise spans equity, mezzanine and debt financing's, M&A’s, private placements, IPO’s and restructuring and recapitalization's. While at GE Capital, he spearheaded over $3 Billion in transactions and authored the first tax-oriented grantor trust totaling over $1 Billion. With numerous achievements and awards under his belt, Mr. Gruits founded American Funding Group in 1992, specializing in medical and transportation leasing and financial restructurings. Between 1993 and 2001 alone, Mr. Gruits funded over $1 billion for client companies. In 2001, he then began acquiring manufacturing companies, structuring buy-outs in the automotive and transportation (heavy truck) industries. Mr. Gruits holds a BBA in Finance from Western Michigan University

Marisol brings two decades of small cap public market experience to First Harbor, having served a diverse group of clients and interacted closely with hundreds of Series 7 – Licensed Financial Advisors in that community. Her experience encompasses both sales and sales training in the Advisor community, and close interaction with corporate management on the representation of their businesses within the public marketplace. Her career highlights also include the development of an Investor Relations call center, and training of personnel to ensure professional representation in accordance with vital Securities and Exchange Commission guidelines.
Marisol currently writes on a free-lance basis, serving clients in the OTC marketplace. In this role, she serves the interests of both truth and effectiveness in assisting management regarding guidance, support and structure in its efforts to translate tangible value into press releases and other materials required for capital accumulation and investor education efforts.

Michael A. Littman, (J.D. 1973 Stetson College of Law) (Eckerd College 1970 B.A.) served as house counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company 1973 –1975 in Denver office. Increasing securities matters in the real estate syndication business led to a Securities practice emphasis since 1981, to where the practice is exclusively corporate securities practice for public and private companies. Career experience includes commercial litigation, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, mortgage banking, REO management, bankruptcy reorganizations, and private corporate restructuring.
Michael has handled IPO's and Secondary Registrations with SEC (S-1). He has filed and had cleared of comments, numerous form 10 registrations with the SEC. He has handled quarterly and annual reporting with the SEC for numerous public reporting companies. He has acted as securities counsel in acquisitions and mergers of public companies and in acquisitions of private companies by public companies in conjunction with Alternative Public Offerings. He has handled duties of getting companies cleared for trading with FINRA, and its predecessor, for over 65 companies. He has acted as legal counsel for companies and individuals in civil proceedings with the SEC. He has advised Boards of Directors. He has completed numerous tax-free reorganizations of companies. He has handled private placements of securities including Memorandum drafting for over 50 Private Placements.
